CUNY's and LOW SAT scores

<p>Just wondering do cuny's really accept people that got 1300-1400's on their SAT? I know a couple of people that said they got into cuny's with 1300's (Match,CR and Writing). Mainly being City college, Brooklyn college and Queens college. Their Gpa's are in the mid 80s to low 90s as well.</p>
