as i kinda pointed out, it's all pretty current and subject to change in the next few months especially since i'm running for positions come the end of the year for many clubs/organizations at school, and the fact that i'm not really quite done taking my SAT II's/AP's yet. insight on whether i'm on a good course for the above mentioned schools would be much appreciated!

You certainly have a great track record, but nothing screams out Wharton direct admit to me. Penn, great shot. Wharton direct? Not so sure. Whats your safety?

wow. the only real problem with your transcript is you look like you just started doing ECs in eleventh grade- which colleges know indicates you are just doing it to pump up your applications. also- do you have any business experience? because w/o it your chances at wharton are very slim...

eh i guess i shoulddvee clarified that more....it's kinda like i moved to my current hs during sophomore year and, with the HUGE difference in schools activities-wise, wasnt able to really join/start clubs or immerse myself into extracurriculars until junior year came by. lousy excuse maybe? i dunno, that's just how it was. =/

^I understand what you're saying about the EC. The same exact thing happened to me. Schools definately want to see that you take initiative right away though...so I don't know how they'll look at that.

whatevermle, absolutely no business experience is required for Wharton. They look for leadership (and passion) in your EC more than anything else. My brother attended Wharton (for UG) and did not have any business experience, but had several leadership positions (incl. sports team captain and class president).

How do you list all of these in the Penn app? Dont they allow only a few spots?

MCDRLx:

UCB: Safe Match

quit being a nerd.

get a life and go to a state school and bone some b!tches...

top schools aren't worth it.

upenn (wharton) - decent chance
UCB-in
stanford-slim chance
MIT-decent chance
duke -in
