current junior at CSU hoping to transfer to UC, or USC

Hey all, I attend CSUN and have a 3.36. Insanely low, I know, but I have a compelling reason to include in my personal statement as to why my gpa has dropped. I still have at least another 3 years left of undergrad, pursuing a double major in Biology and Art, Premed student, and haven't taken a ton of my major classes (only completed about 49-55 transferrable units so far)
Jobs include:
ride op/team leader - universal studios - june 2008-present
student assistant - learning resource center - aug 2009-present
volunteer work:
clinical care extender - valley presbyterian hospital - may 2009-present
extracurricular/hobbies
summer medical and dental program at yale school of medicine, summer 2010
environmental affairs committee and also in charge of marketing - sept 2010-present
art hobbyist - drawing and painting - since i was 10 years old.

reason for low gpa: parents lost their jobs when i started college, i had to work to help support the fam, working fulltime and going to school fulltime dropped my gpa.

currently working for that 4.0 this semester and next.
i am applying to usc, ucla, ucsb, ucsc, uci, ucsd. any recommendations for other good pre med schools?

i know my grades alone aren't enough to get me in, and i also know how difficult it is to transfer from csu to uc. but what do you think my chances are based on ecs and reasons for not doing so well.
my main focus is really usc at this point. thoughts?
