current nyu CAS students, answer my questions???

<p>i really want to get into nyu, specifically the college of art and science. </p>

<ol>
<li>is it really hard to get into compared to the other schools? (in nyu and outside of it)</li>
<li>what were your stats? (gpa, sat/act and extras)</li>
<li>is nyu cas worth it? i know that stern students turn out really successful in life so the 50k tuition is worth it but will nyu cas pay off?</li>
</ol>

<p>i actually want to be a vet. in order to get into vet school, you have to complete undergraduate courses with the major of your choice at the college of your choice. even though it technically doesnt matter which college i go to as long as i get enough grades for vet school, i still want to go to a good college for undergrad. plus i like the wow factor of nyu:)</p>

I’m applying to CAS too and I HAVE to get in!! good luck! by the way, I’m wondering if its worth it too…I just want to go to nyc asap though and right now no matter what the price tag, I’m there! but I know I might regret that later so I want to make sure I’d be successful after college. good luck and others, please answer, I want to know too!

<p>what were your stats? i have a 3.56 which is pretty low but my sats are all above 2200 so idk if my low gpa will be a turn off…</p>

<p>ugh nyu is my dream school. if i dont get in, imma be very sad lol. good luck though! :)</p>
