I'm currently considering which school i shoud go.
I have several schools that i got accepted (U-M, USC, nyu, emory, etc..)
I'm planning to go to a medical school,
and i want to go to an undergrad. that guides me well to
medical graduate schools.

Besides in academic wise, I also consider, very much, the reputation(namevalue) of the school i will go to.

Campus life, alumini connection (I'm an asian), and fraternity are also very important factors i consider.

Would i be happy at U-M? (They're offering me $10,000 fin. aid :D)
(please state some reasons why i would NOT be happy at U-M, i need these too)

Michigan is a great place to spend 4 undergraduate years. The campus and town of Ann Arbor are just plain fun. Academically and reputationally, all the schools you listed above are great. I would give the edge to Michigan, closely followed by Emory and USC would be third.

However, assuming the other three universities you listed aren't giving you any aid/scholarships, I would say Michigan is a no-brainer. With a $10k scholarship, Michigan will cost you $150,000 over four years. The other three universities will easily cost you $200,000 over four years. That's at least $50k savings over four years. Take the money and put it into your medical school education.

Michigan's got a great combination of academics, extracurricular and social activities. As far as alumni connections, well. we've got one of the biggest, if not the biggest alumni base in the US and around the world
