Curve on Math 2 Jan 2010?

Does anyone know what the curve is likely to be? I've heard there are sometimes huge curves, like 8 raw points, and other times only half that.
Was this one harder or easier than usual? I didn't really prep for it, so I'm not sure if everyone will do poorly, making the curve larger.
Also, I left 12 blank. What is my maximum score, if one assumes I got all the answered questions correct?
Last time I left 8 blank and got a 720. Any chance I can at least maintain that?

I felt like this test was a lot harder than the last tie I took it, I was really pressed for time. I left 3 blank, I hope that doesn’t bring it down too much. I’m shooting for above 750…

lol me too! i wanted all my scores upper 700s. but that’s clearly not going to happen for me now.
do you think college admissions people take into account that the math 2 is one of the harder subject tests, or do they know we get a really big curve to compensate for that?

On the practice tests I have that are official…you could miss 5 or 6 problems (assuming you guessed all on the problems you missed) and still pull of an 800.

right but then after that is the scoring kind of equivalent to 10 SAT points for every raw point? like if i got a freebie for the first 6 i left blank, then the next blank six would bring me down to a 740? or is that being like ridiculously generous?

To answer your two questions Anna,
It would definitely be better to have an 800 on any subject test, but I guess anything above 700 is good as well. I would think colleges would somewhat expect an 800 on the Math II because there is a generous curve.
And I don’t think the scoring is equivalent to 10 SAT points for every raw point, unfortunately.
