<p>A lot of people confuse the Maritime Academies with the Naval Academy for some reason. We have one in Maine, and I know there's one other thats better known.</p>

I actually started my an app Maine Maritime.
The Johnnie prospy was from California so I guess he could have been talking about that one. It was kind of weird, though, 'cause he was in JNROTC.</p>
<p>There's a SUNY Maritime as well, in Throgg's Neck right near Manhattan. I applied with NROTC.</p>
