Cyrus Northrop Scholarship and Gold Scholar Award

I’m a National Merit Semifinalist who’s likely going to become a Finalist. I’m wondering what the story is with the Cyrus Northrop Scholarship (CNS) and the Gold Scholar Award. Do they stack? Are they all awarded on a case-by-base basis? (one NMF might receive both, one NMF might receive the second award but not the first, etc.) and how is that decided? When will I know?
