D before Transferring

I’m transferring to UCR this fall (got my acceptance letter and everything). I used the Transfer Admissions Guarantee to do so for neuroscience. To transfer, the required coursework was math up to calculus 2 and one of three sequences: chemistry 1 and 2, physics 1 and 2, and biology 60 and 61. On my TAG, I promised I’d pass the math, chemistry, and physics sequences which I did successfully.

However, to get more done this past spring semester, I took the first biology class in the biology sequence which I got a D in. I overestimated how much work I could take and on top of that, a lot of unfortunate things happened that caused it. What are my chances of me getting my acceptance revoked?
