D in PE?

<p>So I needed PE credits so I took an online course for PE on APEX
but I heard that I was dropped so I stopped, but in reality I wasn't dropped so I was dropped for not taking the courses. So I have a D on the transcript but my counselor explained that it was due to technical issues and my health issues, and it in no way reflects my work ethic and what not.</p>

<p>I have only gotten As and a few Bs here are there.</p>

<p>Does this make me ineligible for good private schools? like UPENN?</p>

<p>My SAT is 2200 and my extracurriculars are decent (cello, ballet, published for research in genetic diseases)</p>

<p>My LORs are going to be pretty decent.</p>

<p>Please help me out!</p>
