So I have a mid C in Spanish IV IB SL. The final is tomorrow and I have been studying all day but I am unsure on how I will perform on the actual test. It's about 100 points. Anyone know what I would have to get on the final to keep my C?

Let's say I do get a D. What happens? I applied to most UCs (mainly mid-tier) and some privates. I know that if you get a D in jr year you have to make it up to attend a 4 year. Is that still the case for senior year? I also hear of people getting a D senior year and explaining it and still getting into UCs but I don't know if they had to make up the grade?

What do you think college confidential folks?

If you get a D its a bad thing. The UC’s require you to notify them if you change your planned senior year schedule or get a grade lower than a C. Go to the websites of the UCs where you applied and you can find the address you need to email the notification.

How are we supposed to know if you don’t know? We need info such as the total number of points in a semester, percent worth of each category (if any), etc.

The UCs are known to rescind so it’s best to avoid a D. They will ask you to write a letter if you get a D.

Would the class need to have been made up? During the summer? or is there a way around that and maybe complete the redone semester during the school year somehow.

I think you can still graduate with a D but your acceptance might be revoked from certain schools. You should contact them if you do get the D. And I think you can only make up credits in classes you got an F in. But either way, good luck!
