Since Jan. 1 is the holiday and the post office open on the 3rd, will Penn accept application postmarked on the 3rd? What if I submit part 1 online, can you submit Part 2 through the mail?

app? i doubt it. idk about doing part 2 like that, but why wouldn't u send it online?

sending in rec etc can wait until the 3rd

Well, I'm an international student living in America. So the school require me to send bank statement, I-20, and other papers and one additional recemmendation. I prefer my application to be in one big packet.

i don't think it can be about preference anymore

-when i called the office in Oct. they said that the important thing was to have parts 1 and 2 in by the deadline. she said that anything else could come a little after that

ohh,, so recs could wait awhile???l...
my bio teacher DID NOT do this recs yet... he didn't turn his in...:(
and i have no numbers or anything...

i sent an urgent/desperate email to my physics teacher about few hours ago, but ihe didn't see it either.

i only have one letter of rec...from my history teacher..

i was all freaking out and sent a last email to my bio teacher saying,
"if you are reading this mail after midnight(EST), then don't bother. I'll just give up on Penn. Thank you."

I feel all mean now..lol

they SHOULDN'T wait....but she said they CAN.

she said "just make sure you have parts 1 and 2, and anything else u can, and then we'll let u know through e-mail and blue postcards what you're missing, if anything"
