<p>The problem with most pro-lifers is that they care desperately about the fetus before it is born, but as soon as it's out and into the poor, struggling mother's hands, they don't give a crap. Now that it's alive it can pull itself up by its own underprivileged bootstraps, right?</p>
<p>Wouldn't it just be easier to go on the pill or use a condom than have to grapel with the decison of having an abortion? Abortion was originally intended to only be used if the mothers life was in danger or in rape or incest situations. Abortion has now developed into a form of birth control. Abortion first gained wide acceptance in the 1920's and 1930's with the eugenics movement. In fact the founder of Planned Parenthood, Margaret Sanger, was a major proponent of Eugenics, specificlly concerning African Americans and other races she viewed as "inferrior".</p>

Even women who engage in safe sex have accidents. I'm not advocating abortion as a form of birth control, I admit it's none of my business how people want to use its legalization. It doesn't matter what it was once intended for, I doubt mothers who go through with it today are thinking about building a superior race. </p>
