@guyinblue, ya maybe, but Delhi is like a MUN hub!! :p

And actually, this thread has slowed down!!
Raith’s off to SA, you seem to busy, I’m putting few more hours into studies, etc…

Yeah, you missed photography by just a bit!! But we can always go back to it!! What kind of photography do you do??

And well, we can all go to Brazil – Raith can stay in the air-conditioned hotel room or go kite-surfing in the ocean, you can roam the beaches from morning to night and I’ll go have a tour of the forest and get back by party time!! :D

Anyone else agree with this plan or would like to add something to it??
It is hereby the “Official Class of 2017 Intn’l Hopefuls D-Plan” :p

I want to visit just about every place in the world.

Anybody think they’ll try couchsurfing? People keep telling me it’s sketchy and just not a good idea but it sounds amazing - meeting people around the world, and not spending money on hotels or even hostels

@Blue
Yea she really is awesome! And has gotten a really awesome job too it is quite scary actually :P

@Rishav
Already in SA - the reason why I am not on as much as I usually am Doing some work experience at the moment (got new clothes for it too xP haha).

I am definitely up for that trip!! Kite surfing on that ocean in front of those ladies… hmmm good views, good ocean!

@Sunny
Alaska? I think that could be interesting maybe some Ice diving for me there too :D

@KD
Never tried couchsurfing… but could be a lot of fun :)

@Kdengg - Well, honestly - I’ve heard about couch surfing only like 2-3 times!! So don’t know much about it!!
But if it lets you go around the world without paying much… then why not?

Edit:-
So I look up couch surfing on Google, with an intention on learning more on it!

@rishav
One of my English teachers always talked about how awesome the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge is and showed us thousands of pictures when he was there. It looked stunning :)

@Raith
I just looked for some ice diving pictures in Alaska. Some of them look amazing, you have to take some photos in the water

@kdengg
I heard about couchsurfing. I guess I am one of those persons who wouldn’t do it, I think I am just not that open-minded and would prefer hotels. But honestly the idea of couchsurfing is brilliant :D

@Sunny
I would love to take some photos of ice diving someday - as soon as I get my ice diving certification ;)

I might end up doing some couchsurfing to areas that either have great kite surfing or diving!!

@Quiver and @Rishav
Istanbul is amazing, I was there when I was about 8/9 years old. The mosques and city is beautiful (in particular the architecture) But I do remember that it smelled pretty bad haha
The kebabs are really good too though ;)

It has a very nice feel and vibe to it Though I still prefer the area around this one resort we went to after visiting Istanbul (still in Turkey though). But it was so hot that you had to wear shoes to go from place to place.

You guys are talkin about photography? Well, am I the only one who uses his iPhone and Instagram as the camera? :3
But hey. Instagram makes everything look photogenic! :p

haha…really @raith!!
Im just waiting for 12th grade to get over…I’ve never really been outside my city…cept that I’ve lived in UK for like 3 years when I was 7.
I really do want to see these places…even US…It fascinates me to think that not having been there EVER, I was accepted someplace(UIUC:)) and that I actually FIT there!

Oh and just to let you guys in…my dad gifted me an iphone 5 as my Bday gift+ gift for my project:) It is soo awesome, compared to my earlier Nokia!!

@Rew
Welcome, are you also an international applying to Dartmouth?
Where you from? And what do you plan to major in? :)

I am not a fan of Apple products personally… unless it is iTunes or iPod classic xP brilliant graphics and fairly revolutionary… but less intuitive that windows and samsung for me :P

@Quiver
I feel like I have been pretty privileged to have been a couple different places around the world
I hope for you (and everyone else here who hasn’t traveled much) that you guys get the chance to explore and discover further! :D
