All other decisions are in (except W&M which she now no longer cares about) and after less than 1 minutes thought, she has chosen TULANE! She loved her visit on Honors Weekend and likes the love Tulane showed her. I knew she had pretty much decided after that weekend when she went and registered for all her classes online.
She commented that the other schools she was waiting on her just cant afford her. LOL She is so excited now that the decision is made. Now on to planning for what to eat when we go for move in weekend. YEAH!
I have to give a huge thanks to Fallenchemist, jym, cmb and others who have been SO helpful in this whole process. Your advice about Tulane and NOLA was terrific. I really think some of you deserve a kick-back from Tulane for all you do for them. Roll wave!

Spring - So exciting!! Terrific. Congrats to the whole family, but especially your D. In the end it is she that had to do all the hard work that got her such a great opportunity. Hope you all can go out for a special celebration soon.

Spring162: Very exciting, congratulations to you and your D. I am quite happy for our kids.

D came home from a spring break trip, (to New Orleans) looked at the aid package, and said she was ready to decide. It is such a relief - she would only apply to three schools and I was a nervous wreck!

Yep, Dfuncked, D came home from Honors weekend pretty much sold. wanted to wait incase another financial miracle was coming her way (it didnt LOL). I knew she was happy with her choice when th William and Mary acceptance came today she barely read the letter! She is so excited to be past the waiting/decision and on to the fun stuff.

Thanks, and major congrats to you and your dau, spring162! And do I gather from your post, dfunkmom, that your d will be at TU as well?? Thats wonderful!! Welcome to the TU Family!!
