De Anza Question

I'm a senior in high school. When are we suppose to register or enroll at De Anza? Is it in march to get higher registration times?

it would be nice if someone knew

considering a lot of you go to de anza

just tell me when you register to get your times

keep checking back on the de anza website, it'll tell you, i believe you may enroll as early as this spring, but your registration date will be based on when you take your orientation class, the earlier you take that class the earlier you'll get to register for your Fall classes. First time students will all usually register at the same time, unless you're in special programs like EOPS or something.

No offense, but why can't you just call De Anza?

Hey if you want to get a little head start maybe register for an easier online class like humanities or something you're interested in for spring or summer 08. You'll be considered a continuing student and they will send you an email telling you when to register. For last fall I remember registration being about a month before classes started so around late August. Good luck!

Definitely get all of the placement exams and orientation stuff out of the way during the summer. I would sit down and write an academic plan for the rest of the two years detailing all the classes to take to fulfill IGETC (unless it's a science/math class) and major pre-reqs during that time.

summer....just look at the website to see when fall registration starts its not impossible
