12am Eastern Time; 11pm Central; 9pm Pacific.
Rice had shown leniency with it in the past, but you shouldn’t risk it unless it’s absolutely necessary.</p>
<p>All common app deadlines are the day of. So the January 1st deadline means 11:59pm on January 1st, not December 31st.</p>
