<p>So I submitted my app. the morning of the deadline (1/1/11) but it says on the common app that it was downloaded on the 3rd. does this mean I "turned it in late" or does only the date in which I submitted it matter? thanks!</p>
<p>You’re good. Mine was downloaded Jan 2nd, but I submitted it on Dec 31.
Stanford has a system in which all applicants who submitted theirs after the deadline are automatically cut off. So if they already downloaded yours, you’re in the clear. Good luck!</p>
