Anyone out there know how to deal with stress (besides computer or Tv). Thanks in Advance

What I do:

• If I’m in the middle of schoolwork, I take a 15-20 minute break and remind myself that I have time to finish whatever I need to finish and there’s no reason to rush. (I find myself rushing to finish homework/studying whenever I’m stressed, and end up doing a less-than-great job.)
• Listen to inspirational music (sorry this is really cheesy, but it actually does calm me down a lot!). This is a great playlist if you’re into classical/baroque music. (Also great for studying.)
• De-clutter my desk. When I’m finished, I go back to work and only have one sheet of paper on my desk. Maybe this is because I’m super OCD, but I find that it’s easier to concentrate when everything’s tidy and there’s only one thing in front of me.
• Write/practice my instrument/read writing on Tumblr. These just happen to be my interests, so obviously adjust according to what you like to do.
• If I’m stressed beyond being able to function (usually I’m also upset about something in these cases), I just take a 10 minute nap.
• Watch insightful videos to remind myself that the world is so much more than grades and getting into college. This is one of my favorites.

Basically, take a break from working to remind yourself that you have time and everything WILL be done by the end of the day. It’s counter-intuitive to work while stressed out.

Thanks so much

Find a creative outlet - mine, I found, was poetry. For others it may be music, art, etc. Drink tea. Do yoga. Read. Go on walks. Get sunlight. Breathe.

Breath, write, and do meditation.
