How do you guys deal with stress during the exam, if i get a math problem wrong, and i know when i get math wrong, i get so frustrated throughout the rest of the test, and i think thats why i do so poorly on real thing and on practice tests i do so well, WHAT DO I DO?? please help....

Omit the problem, breath, and move on. Be relaxed when taking the test, think of it as a fun game or something. breath

Treat it like it's another part of your day, it's been scientifically proven that you do better on tests when you are relaxed, so that should be motivation for you to calm your nerves and just have "fun" with it.

I know what you mean. When I know I didn't get a problem, my mind keeps wandering while I try to do other problems.

What I do is tell myself that it probably was experimental or something... or during the break, reassure myself that 1 problem won't mess up my whole score.

don't think about the problems after you do it. do it and forget it. also try to calm down during breaks or whenever you can. do whatever you need to do to stay calm. stare at some hot girls breasts if it helps you. I did that during the break and I got 2390. well, lol jk about staring. I didn't do that to keep calm. I just brought along a bagel. so I would take a bite of it whenever there was a break and drink some water to keep my blood sugar at normal levels. be sure not to eat too much or blood will be diverted from your brain and skeletal muscles to help digest food.

Oh, my gosh, DID YOU SEE THOSE GIRLS....j/k

I tend to like to relax with some music the night before. Then during the test, I try to focus on a section, and then after its done, DUMP everything out of your brain. In the next section, if you begin to think of something else, remind yourself that your FUTURE is underattack by the CB and...you'll find yourself willing to wrok :) (Usually, this sparks SOME interest)

Now on the other hand, I personally, try to really get into a section and FOCUS....~_~

lol :) (ten characters)

I agree with Earth-dragon. Resting the night before really helps.
