i think your response to jumpseat’s question was incredibly ignorant. especially the paragraph that begins with “before I continue with the words of the president…” when someone questions the high disparity between black and white acceptance rates and you automatically respond to it as though it were a racial attack, i can’t tell you how mad that makes me.</p>
<p>ESPECIALLY this comment -> “you feel the need to say cruel things, such as blacks are not qualified.” jlb, comments like this are divisive and fuel emotion and you need to be careful about taking people’s words out of context, especially when talking about such a sensitive issue (affirmative action) on a college forum where students may have been denied from a school that participates in affirmative action.</p>

i’m not surprised Dean J won’t answer your question – you phrased it rather belligerently and your taunting isn’t likely to elicit any sort of response.</p>
<p>personally, i’m looking forward to watching the debate online and hope that it is constructive and well-moderated.</p>
