This is my first go around at it, and after getting 31s on 3 practice tests I took, I truthfully have no idea what I’m going to get. There were a few logarithm questions on the Math which I didn’t get at all and science was different… but decent for me. Gaaa I just want my scores already!

Haha, I currently have the highest ACT in my school with a 26 as a junior… literally, the highest one. The valedictorian for the class above me settled for a 24 after testing 5 times.

2 more hours?

26 is the highest!? I’m a junior and someone in my year already has a 35 (from October)

Baillybreanne, yeah I’m ranked 3rd in my senior class and 1st, 2nd, and 4th have scores of 24 or below. Goes to show that gpa isn’t everything

I took my first one October got a 26. Hoping for a 30+ this time!

@XAQXAQ we have a horrible guidance counselor and no AP classes. I dislike my school. There are a lot of community colleges around me that accept students with ACT’s of 16s… so people settle for a lot less. I’m hoping to eventually get a 30+.

Might I add we have a graduating class this year of 45.

@jjones yep, exactly the case. I’m only ranked 7th currently in my class and have the highest ACT. Our top 3 students that are juniors have 23’s or below.

@baileybreanne Wow, I can’t fathom a class of 45. Last years graduating class was 1100 people, so naturally there were a few 36s.

My graduating class, as of right now, is 79

Oh, yeah, that makes sense

I don’t know, it’s so odd for me to thunk of a school having only 45 kids in a grade - anyways, sorry my comment was offensive, it was not meant to be

Class of 80 with roughly 7-8 with 33+

@XAQXAQ No offence taken! :)

The highest ACT I’ve ever seen in my school was 2 years ago when a senior got a 30. Everyone thought it was a big deal and then I come onto CC forums and see that it’s not the case haha. Anyways, he got a full ride with a 30.

3rd in a class of almost 400, but ACT/SAT makes a big difference when applying so lets hope that goes well too

Everyone post your current best act score, and then what you think you made this time. I’ll go first!!! Lol

Anyone who has taken previous ACT have a good idea of whether this was harder/easier or equal to other ACTs?

Current:27 My guess for this time: 26, science was hard! Lol

26 in 7th grade lol, but I don’t remember that… I’m hoping for a 34ish now (10th grade)

My current best ACT score: 26
What I think I made this time: 26 haha. Or maybe I’m being humble.

I thought this one was harder than the September ACT.

@VaishS
I found it easier except for the science. That said, I think the science curve will be better than the September one.
