spartyon:what question was the ‘insure’ one?

i put e as well, it was like twice the length. or twice as long. something like that.

@trav - twice the length

Yes that’s what I put

Was this wrong “as a means of ___ing ”

How many no errors? 4?

I put twice as long. The three options that were possible were double the length, double as long, and twice as long. The other two were obviously wrong, but I can’t remember what they were.

I think I had 3 No Errors

the sentence had “makes” in it

the sentence with "“as a means of ___ing ”
3, Something else - I forget

i had 3 or 4 errors i think

I had two no errors that I was so unsure about, one with the science fiction stories (present day… using … contemporary issues…) and one with the Roman and the Britons coins?

The insure question said something like “allowing them to insure their customers that they are getting the freshest vegetables…”

Pynne, I put no error for both…

@powerbomb: Yes :]!

Ugg I did not like the prompt. I only did 2 examples, but my essay was still around 1.75 pages.

Does anyone know whether the question with “as a means of ___ing” was an error?

i dont remember the question but i know that its supposed to be

a mean of doing something

or the means of doing something

the way it is now, i put that as the error in the sentence

in other news, i put no error for the hung heads
is that really wrong?

Was the experimental the first section (the one right after the essay) or the second writing section (somewhere in the middle)?

the hung question had an error in “their head”

It was plural so it should be “their headS”

I put NE for the means of question

kiwi - the experimental was right after the essay. People without a writing experimental had the one with the subway system, and because there were two writings in a row, obviously the essay wasn’t experimental.

antonioray - yes, it said that they hung their head. Should have been heads.

omg! that’s horrible

The experimental was much easier ]=.

I thought that the experimental had more grammar questions that I was stuck between two choices on. The other writing sections were much more decisive, at least for me.

lol it cant be NR

how many times have u read or heard

a means?

its a mean to an end
or
the means to an end

does anyone remember #13 to section 10
something like

well actually i dont remember the question but i put choice C: Since their advent of w/e, the rock stars did something
