***December 2015 SAT (US Only) Thread***

@Ninjadu i dont remember much, just that he was directing and directed at the same time.

I hope they make a nicer curve for writing

what did you guys get for a writing problem that look like: … whether …(a plural word). is worth the cost? I put no error because in Erica’s grammar book it says Whether usually is followed by “is”

@cooleyfan47 Nah they wont accept that. The question said IF the first number is 5 so that doesn’t sound very poorly worded.

@lydthekid thanks-will do
so there isn’t really a chance it will be the same.
regardless, what was the essay topic?

@pillowspillows Yeah, I’m really hoping writing has a nice curve. And reading too :stuck_out_tongue: And basically all the sections.

I had trouble with “whether it is worth the cost” I couldn’t decide if it should be “was” instead of is because it said “some commentators HAVE questioned…” I think I said no error

Pretty sure it was creative thought process…

Does anyone remember that writing question, “Had she left much later, then she would not have made it”? I got no error.

What was the 2nd to last question section 10??

I got “much later” as the error.

@Ninjadu Hmm if it wasn’t stimulated mental creativity, then which choice did you think was correct?

What did you guys get for the last question in writing section 10? It asked… an application electricity . …

For the walking one, i put machines are more beneficial to humans, because no one had the time to walk, so they wanted to use the train/car instead.

PLEASE HELP.
For math, was one of the answers 3.5t + 6?

@PartyNextDoor I put the one about “patience” because it said that people don’t have the time to walk. And I didn’t think that the things they listed counted as “creative mental approaches” because the author said “daydreaming, musing, and seeing.”

why was occurred much later the error?

@satwreckerZ2 Yes, 3.5t+6

I thought it was supposed to be “any later” not “much later.”

@hiDreamer (A). Do you remember question 13?

For the application electricity one, I said A, or what was already there. That one stumped me

Both were A
