***December 2015 SAT (US Only) Thread***

@facsimilecoterie u mean for the answer?

@a12s3231 yes

i got that too, how sure are you

some people said vivid memories

What was the full question about the Octopus one?

@a12s3231 pretty sure,you? A bit wishful thinking on my part tho lol but its specific to the lines

@800onmath I know it was 14, but wasn’t there another question that asked for the triangle sides?

yeah, most people on cc seem to agree

I thought it was erroneous because the author of the second passage first concedes the fact that you may think writing about “facts” might look easier than that of "fictions.’ But then the author repudiates this common belief by talking about the hardship of writing facts… might be wrong

And for the a+2b = 6 where both variables are positive integers, its 2 possibilities correct?

@d00mbuggy nope exp CR that was extremely easy. I bubbled randomly lol

stupid question, but for question 9 in section 5 of writing comparing the prices of the films was the answer just “than” or when “compared to the price of”?

@uhhhhhhhhhh yup!

@joesmith it was than
It was saying how movies were easier to make than something
I forgot but it was than,

Also no one missed the particle physics right? It’s is because participle physics is a branch not are

@facsimilecoterie so just “than”? IF so YESSS

@joesmith yup!

@nervusguy I thought it was erroneous because the author of the second passage first concedes the fact that you may think writing about “facts” might look easier than that of "fictions.’ But then the author repudiates this common belief by talking about the hardship of writing facts… might be wrong

was the colorado one no error?

@musiclover I got no error @800onmath I put incomplete because he did not mention the benefits of procrastination…

83 pages?! This thread has more than doubled the length of the November one. Must have been a really controversial test. Also weird to see grammar questions making up the majority of the thread, since debates are usually around Critical Reading.
