<p>I've heard discussions about this date on television, more so on television it was the month December. I remember hearing different dates, as they weren't that sure to be specific with a day, due to other predictions as well...</p>

<p>when i was in guatemala, i asked this mayan (well. at least a guy who knew about mayan stuff) guy what the whole 2012 calendar thing was (in english) because i was looking at this calendar thing on display in antigua, and it ended in dec. '12. he explained it to me, but i forgot to tell him that i speak no spanish. at all.</p>
