I feel your pain about not getting financial aid... I don't think we'll qualify for anything either, which sucks especially for the school's we are looking at. Mine said the same thing... in my acceptance letter to the Communications school. However, in a seperate letter in the same envelope it said that I had been selected to recieve a merit based scholarship. Maybe you might have overlooked it? I was actually kind of upset that i only got $5,000 from them, i guess now i should consider myself lucky.

For the purpose of anyone's curiosity, I got in with on of the 7,000 scholarships. I'm at the school of music as a vocal performance major.

I don't know, I think most of it boils down to the audition. I'm not sure if I'm going yet, waiting to hear from other schools, but I did really like Ithaca.

::looks around::

Hey all!!!

Today I just got accecpted into Ithaca College!
My major is Politics... so i was hoping that someone here could have insight about how strong this program is... and overall how good of a school this is.
I visited the campus during the summer... but it seems so long ago, and i'm sure it must be different w/ students around.

I also applied for a scholarship here... the leadership scholarship... so if i get it.. i'm sure i'm going here... so any insight would be great! ;-)

thanks a lot!!

My T just got into Ithaca with 5,000 scholarship to Theater Production. But Wagner is closer to the city, so I think that she is going there. Ithaca is probably better academically, but like I said the city is so much closer to Wagner - across the river
