Hey I am a senior in high school and I am deciding on a couple of schools. The schools are CUNY Baruch(honors program), Fordham, and NYU. I am going for business management. My GPA is a 94 (don't know how to convert that to 4.0 scale) and my SAT scores are 580 math, 510 critical reading, and 500 writing. I am taking the SATs again in October and hopefully all scores will go up. I took 3 AP classes, and I am on the tennis team since freshmen year. My team is in the toughest division. Also I am applying to hofstra and Boston University.

From what I understand about NYU, and I’ve done a lot of studying, they won’t care so much about your SAT scores as your GPA. You have an awesome GPA, so you will look great to them. NYU is my top school, so I might be biased because I don’t know so much about Fordham and CUNY Baruch, but I say go for NYU all the way! Nothing like living in Greenwich Village :)

Wow. You can get into CUNY Honors with a 1090? Baruch is a great school for business, finance and accounting. I wouldn’t waste money on NYU if I were you.
