Decision delayed to March

My application decision got delayed until the march date.
I'm very active in sports- Varsity Football - Varsity Track and Field
I do a lot of community service hours and mission trips with my church
I have a 4.2 gpa, but only a 21 ACT :(

What ACT score would I have to get to be accepted at Florida State with these other stats

What about the Summer term? if my act isn't good enough will they automatically admit me for the summer term??

help! please

DEFINITELY, you need to bring-up your ACT score and your goal should be in the range of 26-28. Strive for a 28 and at minimum, a 26. Also, try the SAT test, as this type of achievement testing may be more in line with your testing habits.
Also, if I were an admissions officer, I’d also be hesitant to enroll an applicant with a GPA of 4.2 and with an SAT of 21. These two scores together are a perfect example of grade inflation in this country.

Your ACT needs to be brought up a couple of points- I’d aim for at minimum a 24 or so, although anything higher is definitely going to help you even more. A 26-28 would be a great goal to aim for, but I’m not sure that it’s really all that likely for you to be able to raise your ACT scores by 5-7 points.

And no, you wouldn’t be automatically admitted for summer. FSU considers anyone that is not accepted for fall as a summer applicant automatically, so they don’t feel that you’d be suited to starting in either semester.
