Hey,
If you've called an admissions office, or talked to a school rep., and know when a certain school will be releasing its transfer decisions please post the date here! We can compile a comprehensive list and share knowledge.
Good luck

penn 5/7/2007

Brown ≈ May 15, 2007

Bowdoin - 4/23-4/27

I think Stanford said 5/15

Carleton: on or before 5/15
Grinnell: on or before 5/20

Columbia - 5/10, 5pm exactly

nancy0223- Where did you get that info?!?

ND and BC ~ first week of june

From ppl who applied to SEAS last yr, and I think they got from admission reps. Just do a search on Columbia threads from last yr.

great idea. Georgetown- June 1.

harvard 6/01 called and the lady told me theyre finishing up reviewing apps individually.. probably meeting as a committee in the next 1-3 weeks.

so all of these schools (i know its my problem too since I applied to ND) have 6/1 decision dates but some schools (Chicago in my case) require a reply by 6/1. What do I do about that? I know most likely I'll go to Chicago, but if I still want to keep my options open for going to ND should I send in my Chicago deposit and then just wait for the ND decision and if I decide to go to ND, just lose the money at Chicago and send the deposit to ND?

usc wants spring grades.. some departments are more strict than others on this. the lady told me i may receive my decision after june 1st

same with ND, they make no decisions without 2nd semester grades

if I were you ckmets I would try and get an extension on your deadline from Chicago.. try explaining your situation (without saying that youre not going to Chicago haha) and maybe they'll work with you.

yea I was thinking about that, I mean Chicago is my first choice right now but I also really love ND and if ND gives me more credits, I want to keep it open that I can go there. Ill call them and see what happens

question: ckmets did you apply to ND last year?....just wondering if you were one of those unfortunate folks that was on the waitlist but got no acceptances...

yea i got waitlisted at ND last year haha

ckmets, what did GWU say?
