Hey, I got accepted to Carnegie Mellon’s Dietrich School. I plan to major in decision science. How is the program in terms of difficulty? I am aiming for law school, so maintaining a high GPA in college is very important.
If this helps, I currently have a 3.84 (unweighted) and 34 ACT in a top-ranked private high school.
@ccdreaming I’d say it would be definitely easier than the other schools within CMU. It’s more so time management than anything else.
You were accepted at Michigan too, right? If you’re looking for the path of least resistance the broader curriculum there might be your best choice.
OTOH, if you don’t mind working your butt off and care more about learning than a gpa…
