decisions are tomorrow...i'm nervous. everyone post your decisions!!! best of luck and i hope everyone gets in!

Is 10AM Saturday. Checked and decisions not up yet. Will keep checking.

the website seems to be down

The decisions are up.

Im from California and in! Wow, hey if ya'll got in post your stats! thanks

Also from cali...rejected. Don't care anyhow...I was not going to go there either way I applied there at the last minute to my mother's advice.

Waitlisted

Waitlisted.

I got in! Its my first acceptance so its nice to know I'm going to college!

DD isn't here but she will likely be rejected. While she loved the school, and probably would have been successful there, she was not the strongest candidate largely due to her SAT scores. Congratulations to all those who were accepted and waitlisted. I would say that with the competitiveness of the applicants, even a waitlist place is quite an achievement.

My son got accepted. No mention of scholarships of any kind. Perhaps that will be in the financial aid package?

Financial aid will be sent with the admissions packet (if I recall correctly), which should be coming along shortly. I found out via mail before I did online. It should say whether merit aid is included or not.

Congrats, everyone! Davidson is a great school. (thumper- aw, don't give up hope yet)

waitlisted

Accepted!!!!!!!!

DD is still at lacrosse practice, but I checked for her and she's in. Her first acceptance, which is wonderful, as the competitiveness of this year's applicants is unbelievable and she and I were both getting paranoid that she'd be going to the community college come fall. Good luck to the rest of you!

Congratulations to those accepted - Davidson is an awesome school!

Got in!!!!!! Godnesssssssssss!1

Congratulations to all of you who got in!

My son is interested in Davidson - it seems like it would be a good fit for him. Would those of you who were accepted mind a posting a brief summary of your stats? I'm particularly interested in learning the stats of those who receive merit aid, once those awards are announced.

My S is in. Great news. 2270 SATs (1470 old way). 92 average in highly competitive unranked small private school, taking MANY APs. OK extracarriculars with very strong art and athletic component - but not a recruited athlete.

Waitlisted.

I didn't want to think about what would happen if I didn't get in. It's actually a disaster because I haven't seriously considered any of the other schools...I was never drawn to them. So I guess I'll wait for the letter...I don't have the nerve to tell my dad anyway.
