@wgeller we are instate and my daughter has been deferred with similar stats as you but a higher ACT and one of her friends was also deferred with a 31 ACT and a 3.5UW in state so who knows what they actually look for.
I called two days ago and they told me early action is running behind schedule. They told me to give it 1-2 more weeks. I’m so frustrated.
Just got in today! EA applicant, applied oct 31. GPA 3.71 UW 4.64 W. SAT 2040, ACT 31
I just got in today as well! OOS, applied October 30th. Weighted GPA: 4.000, Unweighted: 3.56, SAT: 1870, ACT 29.
oh yea, forgot to mention, I’m out of state
Accepted today in rolling decision from out of state, applied Dec. 23. Unweighted GPA: 3.7 Weighted:4.0 SAT: 2160 I was also deferred from a different college earlier today so this was so nice to hear!!!
D was accepted today!!..rolling decision from out of state, applied Nov 15. Unweighted GPA: 3.7 ACT: 28
Awaiting scholarship/aid info!!!
I was accepted on January 5th! UW GPA 3.3 and W GPA 3.9, ACT score is a 30
i got into the scholars program around a week later. now i am just waiting to hear back for any scholarships!
I’m still in evaluation and OOS rolling admissions are getting decisions?! I’m in state. Applied October 31. This is completely unfair.
@julialeet, sometimes they take a while if you send other docs in late, like transcripts, scores, etc. From my knowledge all EA applications are done, but not positive. Try calling them, it usually takes them awhile to answer, but they are very helpful, just ask when your EA notification is going to be released.
P.S. call after 3 PM eastern, thats when they usually pickup
Accepted OOS today! Applied rolling admissions at the end of December and all documents were received by 1/7. GPA: 4.1 (W); SAT: 2040
I call almost everyday. They told me 1-2 more weeks for early action. All of my documents were received within that same week. Early action is not over. And every time I call they say that I just have to wait. This is absolutely wrong that rolling admissions are getting decisions. There’s a reason I applied when I did and they are being completely unfair.
Haven’t been on here in a while but I finally got a letter and email notifying me I got direct admission into the business school last week. Dont know if anyone has already brought this up or not because I didn’t read every page 
Do they typically update the status of applications at a certain time or is it entirely random?
@julialeet then Im not sure what to say, just hang in there! maybe your on the border and reviewing your app multiple times?
@cayala3 they usually update everyday after 4 PM!

@julialeet @ssahil Which programs did you apply for? It’s possible that one or two of them are particularly far behind schedule and they don’t want to send out decisions before the particular program approves.
