<p>I've heard that we have to declare our major by the end of our second year. Does this mean at the end of spring quarter, or at the end of summer? Or, does it only matter that we do it before the unit cap?</p>
<p>I'm currently a second year right now, and I want to change from Bio to either MCDB or Physci... so I just don't want to miss the deadline. Thanks!</p>
