<p>You don’t have to do anything, it’s implied by not sending your SIR in.</p>
<p>you log in to the website that told you were accepted. In the top of the page (under your major, I think) there’s a link that says “Accept or Decline Enrollment.” That’s more polite than just ignoring them.</p>
<p>Hm, don’t remember them having that years back when I applied but that sounds like a better idea :)</p>
