I got deferred at Haverford College. I don’t know why, but is there a chance to get accepted? All the people i know were rejected after deferral.
Haverford says that they both defer and reject in the ED round. Nobody outside the admission office likely knows how many get accepted after deferral, but it is greater than zero. It is fine to send any updates or continuing letter of interest. However, you should mainly be working on other colleges. Especially getting excited about somewhere else.
