Deferral Supplement???

I know I want to send something and to be honoest i'm pretty sure i need to send something.

I got deferred EA which isnt really saying to much as i am one of about 80% of all other EA applicants.

What exactly should i be sending in though? There haven't been many big events since i sent my app in last time. I suppose that i never made it to clear that MIT was in fact my first choice, but i always thought that applying there would be a clue and reading that kind of an essay would be lame. or no?

Should a supplement be more statistics and numbers or another essay or both. I could definately write more about myself, but I don't really have many more numbers to throw at the admit officers. I guess PSAT numbers but those dont really matter do they?

For an additional little twist I am graduating a year early from high school, so its just that much more complicated. I already addressed that pretty well in the first part though.

Any suggestions? Ideas?

Thanks
-Sock

My friend talked to Matt about deferral supplements on the phone. He mentioned that you should write a letter telling them how you have been spending your time these past few months. So, if you do have new awards, etc., send those, but also include a little something extra. I was also thinking of asking my recommenders to write an additional letter to add to their original recs. Good luck to ya :)
