Deferred by East Carolina

<p>I recently got deferred by East Carolina ED OOS. I am re applying regulad decision and i was wondering what my chances are. The admissions person told me if I pulled my 2nd QTR GPA toa 3.25 Id stand a good shot of getting in(I got a 3.61 GPA 2nd Qtr). But here you go;</p>

<p>GPA:2.75( a 1.75 gpa first semester after having mono really killed that, wound up with a 2.12 gpa that year)
Freshman gpa:2.12 Quarter gpas 2.8,1.5,2.4,2.75
Sophomore: 3.07 Quarter GPAs: 2.71, 3.00, 2.93, 3.24
Junior: 2.76 (lost two grades by 2 points at the end) 3.14, 2.65, 3.2,2.75
Senior: 3.17 first qtr 3.61 2nd 3.38 semester</p>

<p>SAT:1180 out of 1600
1750 out of 2400
ACT:27
Extracurricular
Football Freshman Soph Jr Yr

120 hours of community service</p>

<p>Generally if you get deferred ED, then you will get accepted no problem regular. Good luck. I’m sure you’ll be fine.</p>

<p>Thanks man, it would be of help to say that im at a top private school in MD. we send 99 percent of students on to college and 31% to honors college. Thanks!</p>
