What is your next move? </p>
<p>Can we resend essays after we improve them? WHAT CAN WE DO? </p>

<p>You shouldn’t rewrite and resend essays.</p>
<p>If anything happens over the next few months that would add to your file, send it. Awards, published work, etc.</p>
<p>Writing an impassioned letter saying that you still love Brown and it is still your first choice is also a good idea. You can use this letter to improve on your “why Brown” essay.</p>
<p>And if there is someone out there who would write you an additional recommendation that gives a different perspective (not just another teacher, but a supervisor or coach, for example), I think that would be OK to submit. </p>
<p>If you didn’t submit a portfolio of art work or audio/video tape, and have something like that that’s impressive, then you could submit that.</p>
<p>In other words, don’t change your file, but add to it. Don’t become a pain, but remind them you’re still out there, loving Brown.</p>
