<p>I honestly didn't think it was possible to get technically wait listed twice, but oh well, life goes on. Is the chance of me getting in on my 2nd wait list any good? I felt like i had no hope once i got differed, and now i just don't want to have any hope, cause chilling on the wait list sucks. </p>
<p>Are my chances any good in a situation like this?</p>
<p>Oh and my mid year report was not too good, so I don't really get it.</p>

<p>Sorry bud, hate to be the bearer of bad news, but UNC chapel Hill is not the friendliest to OOS students. Some have even compared the admission to the level of Harvard, but it is all because that NC residents contribute a large amount of their tax towards public education which caused this imbalance. I would say that you might get in, but the chances are unfortunately slim with your stats, and the fact the midterm grades are not eye catching does not help either. Hope you find some other better colleges.</p>
