I am planning on applying RD to Colgate, and I am wondering if Colgate considers demonstrated interest during the application process. If so, would not visiting the campus have a significant impact on my application, and what other things can I do to show interest? Also, what is the approximate acceptance rate for RD applicants, since I heard it is significantly lower than that of ED applicants?
23 to 25% for rd. i am not sure how you can show your interest if you did not apply ed. there is an ed2
@moneyp I also forgot to mention that Colgate visited my school and I went to that. I also emailed the representative that was there afterwards to say thank you and ask some follow up questions, could that count for a tour?

Colgate is not a demonstrated interest school. I think it’s implied in the part about a interview is only informational.
