Den Season Tickets

Who has ordered their season tickets yet and which plan did you pick? Also don't forget to vote on this years Den Shirt at UCLA OFFICIAL ATHLETIC SITE - Athletics.

did you order though the mail, or online?

i just got a pamphlet in the mail that says that i should be able to order tickets through myUCLA Notices… but i don’t see an athletics notice.

yeah…

when i click on the link to order through myUCLA (http://www.uclabruins.com/tickets/ucla-ssp.html</a>), this is what i get:

“You do not currently have access to Surveys. We apologize for the inconvenience.”

seems like they’re not available to transfers yet, unless, i suppose you do it through the mail.

I just called the number and they let me order. I tried to get the gold package but if not at least we get football!

called 2 days ago, got the whole pacakge for bball and football plus the extra $ 40 for the raffle for USC/UCLA Football game. I picked the option of the Blue Plan for bball.

oh, wow.
do you have to pay right away? or is there a way to add it onto our billing accounts?

you add it onto your “sbar” and then you don’t have to pay until September. My whole package came out to about $195 I think.

do you guys have any idea about how much it would cost to bring non-uc friends to the games? do season ticket holders get any benefits or is it all off ticketmaster or what-not?

^you can get guest tickets for football games, but not for basketball games.

how much are the guest tix for football? is it worth buying the $149 package - is it a good deal? i’m not a huge sports fan but i enjoy watching a game sometimes.

^I don’t know how much guest tickets are, but you get them at the ticket office. $149 is an awesome deal imo, if you don’t plan on going to many games, you can just get single tickets at the ticket office or get either the blue or gold plan instead of both.

I just want to watch bball but not football games. Is it still worth to buy the whole $149 package? Also, how much is a single basketball game ticket?

anyone know when the lottery results will be announced?

Wondering the same thing. And is it just added to your fees?

How does it work with seating? I was just thinking, if I get tickets, that’s great…but it would be cool if I could go and sit with friends. Never been to a UCLA game so am unsure how it works. Any insight?

we find out mid-august.

“Those who applied for a basketball ticket package by the July 14th lottery deadline will be notified of the package they have recieved via e-mail in mid-August. Those who do not recieve a basketball package for the 09-10 school year will automatically receive the football only plan, unless you requested otherwise.”

also, for seating i’m pretty sure it isn’t assigned seating when you get your tickets. i know for football games you can sit where you find a seat in the student section. and i would guess the same would go for basketball seats. get there early/camp out if you want good seats.

yeah… for floor seats, you camp out.

so excited for the football season to start! are you guys taking a bus or going to drive to Pasadena yourselves? six bucks is kinda hefty for a ride, doncha think? and I doubt I’ll be allow to bring alcohol. they don’t give you **** for drinking, right?

i think that the tail gating is half the appeal of football games.
besides that, it’s colidge… everyone’s always drunk.

I plan to carpool. I talked to two friends who go to UCLA already and trying to get a 5 person ring going so we take turns driving. Have a few drinks before heading in, and be free on the way out.

so let me get this straight: USC-UCLA game can only be won through a lottery? and the only way to enter a lottery is through the purchase of Den Season Tickets?

is it too late to buy these? and what about basketball?

I think you can enter the lottery without purchasing den season tickets, but I think the deadline is passed.

You can always pay a little premium and grab tickets off craigslist. Not the biggest deal if you really want to go.
