@Melissa96 Thanks for the help, it’s greatly appreciated.
@Melissa96 Thanks for all the answers. My son checked his status and only thing required are high school and college transcript, everything else was waived like you said. Thanks again!
@Deniedgator. Yay, the email is going out now.
@Melissa96 Do you know if my son electronically sends high school and college transcript to UF or does he get copy himself and scan it and upload it? It’s asking for “unoffical transcript” with option to upload but we sent them electronically thru the schools.
@deniedgator electronic is totally fine. Just trying to save people $$ in the short term by allowing unofficial transcripts.
@Melissa96 Thank you so very much for all your help on this subject thread.
Now we wait…
@CV6780 latest update for my son is UF received all his transcripts it was turned over to the major and requested letter of intent and resume. He was just accepted into honors college at FSU plus the freshman scholarship so he will be FSU bound. He was still trying to decide but explained to him letter of intent means you will go there so he decided on FSU. Hopefully your child has received admittance or still in process for UF. It took my son’s high school over 2 weeks to send his info.
@deniedgator - If you son has picked FSU, I hope he loves it. Letter of Intent actually in this case means explaining why he wants to study whichever HHP major he selected. They consider it part of the application process that they use to select their students.
@deniedgator - Congratulations to your son. We are waiting for the last test this semester for one of his prerequisite .
courses. The admissions officer at the school of business has been very helpful and patient with all of our questions. Apparently a high school duel enrolled AA transfer is not very common in his major(finance). Good Luck at FSU!
Son Accepted yesterday Business-Finance
Go Gators !
I’m curious are there any other denied Freshmen with an A.A that got admitted?
Congrats to your son on his admission! My son was also admitted however we didn’t find out till April 29 and my son already decided on FSU.
