Any comparisons? Thanks!

Well, that’s a wide open question. What are you looking for? Both of my DDs visited both schools, the older hated K and loved D, the younger was the opposite. Architecturally they are opposites - K is modeled after English Colleges (large stonework buildings), D is a mix of more modern styles and warrens. K is in the middle of a copse of trees surrounded by corn fields and there is no town to speak of, D is at the top of a hill right in the middle of quaint Granville OH. Both provide a very good education. D has more merit aid available.

And I believe that Kenyon provides better fin aid.

@ErinsDad that was helpful. Thanks. How about the students? Partying? Political or apolitical? Greek Life? Thanks! D is conservative and quite innocent.

I’m not sure the student body really differs between the two on the political spectrum. She should be able to find people with similar views at both places. I know the greek life is active at D though there are no on-campus houses (they are now all dorms). It’s certainly not a majority and they are active in support activities (like moving in the freshmen every year). I don’t think there’s much difference in partying either.
