Dependent Verification Form question

<p>In the form, it says:</p>

<p>"In the box provided below, list the people that your parent(s) will support between July 1, 2009 and June 30, 2010.
• Yourself and your parent(s) (including stepparent) even if you don’t live with your parents, and
• your parent(s)’ other children, even if they don’t live with your parent(s), if (a) your parent(s) will provide more than half of their support from July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010, or (b) the children would be required to provide parental information when applying for Federal Student Aid, and
• other people if they now live with your parents and your parents provide more than half of their support and will continue to provide more than half of their support from July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010."</p>

<p>I only included my dad on the FAFSA because my parents are divorced, and I live with him more than half the time. Will I also have to list my mom and step-dad on this form if they weren't included on the FAFSA? What about my half-brother - he is not related to my dad in any way and no longer lives at home or attends school.</p>

<p>No. It doesn’t ask for anything about your mam, step-dad, or half brother. (Unless they live with your Dad and your dad is providing more then half their support, which seems unlikely).</p>
