after lose my first year in college because I was sick I come back but I mentally don’t feel good. I cry all the time and don’t feel good in classes. I don’t have any classes with my friends I feel so alone and lost.
Anyone have any tips for me?

Transfer to college back at home so that you can have support network and get the treatment you need?
Try going to your campus counseling center. If they can’t treat you they might be able to refer you to someone in town who can. If you are international, is there a campus organization of others from your country? You might find some support there.

Hey, do you know what causes the depression? Is this loneliness, bullying, pressure or just seasoning depression? I assume one of these. But tbh, you should and you can make through it. Depression may cause major step-backs in education, job or communications and relationships. As for me, you should do the next:
- Find out the source of your depression.
- Try to talk about it with your best friends or family.
- If not, i would recommend you counseling center or a therapist.
- Start eating healthy and working out as physiology or/and unhealthy living maybe sources of depression as well.
- Avoid triggers. Try to find out why are you crying often - what triggers you? A bad word, homework, weather?
You have to understand yourself in order to defeat this. And honestly, you will never be able to defeat depression alone. You have to communicate with friends more and like, go out more often.
