Did anybody get an acceptace packet in the mail?

<p>the number is just your application number. you can find it out by logging back into the site that you applied at (uc pathways or whatever) and looking at your digital receipt. it will read APPLICATION NUMBER: #######. hope that helps. :-)</p>

<p>Yeah, I'm waiting for something to come in through traditional mail, too. Irvine and Santa Cruz gave me their regular physical notices, but San Diego's hasn't come in yet. It's only been 4 days, though, since they sent out most of their notices, so I'm chillin'. We're in and we're fine. :)</p>

<p>NorCal people, how long did it take for your acceptance letter to come in (not the online notice)? Will I only get mail after I've finalized my intent to register? Now I'm not so chilled anymore and my father made a snarky comment about UCSD treating me like trash.</p>

<p>i just got my packet today by regular mail and i live in norcal. it was just the acceptance letter and a color handout. the acceptance letter is very broad and unpersonal. but the good thing is that they didn't fold up the letter like davis so it makes for good framing haha.</p>

<p>i'm just getting worried. i know i'm in, but i just want something tangible. i'm not actually from NorCal; i'm from the 831. if you're from the 408 area and you got it before i did, then i think i'll start crapping bricks. unless our snail mail system here lags, of course, but i won't diss because i have family that works for the system.</p>

<p>1 on saturday and one on thursday.</p>

<p>first one was brief from university and the 2nd one was from Jacobs engineering and 6th college</p>

<p>i also got 2 letters. one from admissions office and one from dean of jacob schools of engineering. other than that i got an email form chairman of engineering.</p>

<p>Wait, so we get two separate pieces of mail, right? I got one from UCSD's Office of Admissions (the acceptance one, finally!) Because if the case is receiving two pieces of mail, then I'm in the same boat as Mr. B (or Mr. B's daughter).</p>

<p>Waiting on mail from Marshall now, I guess... People who got theirs from the other colleges, what kind of information should I expect from this one?</p>
