when do i get my wolverine access username and password? i applied like two weeks ago, but i havent gotten anything yet

you should call them and ask. Pakiboy, my bad I assumed you were applying for LSA

Transferring to Ross? Good luck. You'll need lots of it, no matter how good your stats are!

haha yeah. I heard that Ross takes in like...4 people a year as transfers.

STILL SCARED TO DEATH!! WHEN IS IT GONNA COME?

Constable...where did u get this statistic from?

MightyNick...what are the transfer stats for Fall 2007?

something like 1% of the entering class in fall 2007 were transfer students.

Mighty nick ... I wonder where are you getting these stats from??? I searched all through their website and found nothing ...

Please can you give me the link ...

My neighbors son works at the admissions office for Ross. He told me that last year they took only a few people as transfers.. and the people that DID transfer were from really good schools.

okay, I was wrong. It's 2%. But still, unless you went to an ivy league or some other top top college, it's going to be really difficult to transfer to Ross.

Check the profile:

BBA - Stephen M. Ross School of Business

Click on "3 year BBA Program". Open up the PDF file and you'll see the stats of admitted students.

On the website they say that if you're a transfer student, it's no different from applying as a student at UM. That's not true at all. If that were the case, then more than half the students at Ross would be transfers since there are so many non-UM kids with 3.8-4.0 GPA's that go to easier schools and maintain a high GPA.

hmmmm... i think i must replace Ross with Tepper.

But MightyNick.... 36% of the transfer applicants were considered ineligible according to the Transfer FAQS

But 64% were considered eligible. :)

I don't mean to scare you at all. Give it a shot. Write killer essays. Who knows, you might get really lucky?

Did anyone else hear from U of Michigan yet???

I'm like almost certain that transfer admissions is not rolling...I think it's only freshmen admissions that's rolling. The website is not very informative though, so I really don't know.

Sachmoney... it is rolling admission... call them to verify but I guarantee 99.999...%
Did anyone hear from University of Michigan yet???

Transfer admissions is rolling. I applied Jan 22 last year and heard back on Feb 21st.

lum2008, did you get a decision from them???

Just curious, did anyone get a letter sometime during December about sending your Fall semester grades and courses you were planning to take in the winter, because I received that and they wanted my grades for the fall to make their final decision. They already made a preliminary decision, so I guess the notification letters are on their way!
