Applications are in for Duke(business), Cornell(engineering; alternate: economics) and Carnegie Mellon(Business); and I think I just flushed 210 bucks down the toilet lol, do I have any chance at all?

lol oh okay haha just wondering b/c if you weren't those chinese scores would be even more impressive. duke and cornell might be reaches...but you have a great shot at cmu.

Thanks!
Any more thoughts? I forgot to mention, I think I have 2 amazing teacher recommendations, and my essay was about being an entrepreneur.lol

And I forgot to mention that I am getting a very good Carnegie Mellon alumni recommendation , she is the director of the middle school robotics program where I volunteer at. She sent it directly to CMU, with the district’s official envelope and letterhead. Does that help? Thanks again everyone =)

Just to keep it straight, Tepper at CMU is very selective, with admit rate of 13.8% last year. So that's a reach along with the others. Maybe the robotics will help.

I don't think you wasted your $ though...you never know till you try. Certainly a chance at any of them.
