Did I kill my chances?

<p>I just got my SAT II scores yesterday and they were U.S. History-510 and Literature-580. Did I ruin my chances to get into UC Davis and UC Santa Cruz? Here are my stats (copy and pasted from another board)...I'd appreciate ANY input.</p>

<p>These are the schools I am considering applying to, what are my chances?: UCD, UCSC, Sacramento State, San Jose State, UOP, University of San Francisco</p>

<p>What would you reccomend applying for/what else can I get into?</p>

GPA: 3.75 weighted, 3.67 unweighted
SAT: Critical Reading-620, Math-520, Writing-660 (Total SAT 1800)
SAT II: US Hist.- 510 Literature-580</p>

<p>Extracurriculars:
8 Years of club soccer
4 Years of High School Soccer, 2 Years Frosh/Soph 2 Years Varsity. The team won the championship in my second year, I recieved "Second Team all League" award.
Started a volunteer/fundraising based club and donated proceeds to homeless shelters
Went on a 10 day academic trip to the south following the civil rights movement
Link Crew (guiding freshman)
Had Poem published in "The Stanford Anthology For Youth"
Volunteer in Special Education classroom
Competitive dance, won national double grand championship
G.A.T.E.</p>

<p>Summer:
Volunteered every summer at a workshop working with special education students
Attend a Christian Camp every summer
1 Year worked as a swim aid at a pool</p>

<p>The 510 is really going to hurt; the 580 is a useable score.</p>

<p>UCD: Reach</p>

<p>Your GPA isn't high enough to be competitive against other applicants, and your SAT II scores really kill you here.</p>

<p>UCSC: Slight Reach/Match</p>

<p>I cannot comment about the others.</p>

<p>If you can, try to take the SAT II one more time. Two scores in the upper 500 range at the very least. Good luck! : )</p>

<p>wow okay...so UCs take the SAT IIs that seriously? Im kind of stressing now...umm ok...well if i DONT re-take them, then im pretty much killing my chance to get into Davis?</p>
